At Gallery of Faith, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and enjoyment of your art purchase. We understand that buying art is a deeply personal experience and, as such, we offer a 14 Day Return Policy to give you the confidence and peace of mind in your investment with us.

Return Eligibility:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The piece must be undamaged, free from any marks, scratches, or alterations.

Exclusions: Any artwork mark as Open Box are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please fill out the returns form by clicking here or by clicking the link “Start a Return” on the bottom of the page.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with instructions for returning the artwork. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping any items back to us.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring the artwork is properly packaged and insured for its return journey. Gallery of Faith is not responsible for damage during return shipping.

Upon receipt, the artwork will be inspected by our team. Returns that do not meet our return criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Once your return is accepted, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges:

We do not process exchanges. However, you may purchase a replacement item, before or after the original item has been returned.

Method of Refund:

Purchases will be refunded to the original method of payment (credit card, debit card).
